New Books

Last week, I (finally) cashed in a gift certificate to Barnes & Noble that I was given for my birthday last year. The books were on my front porch today, welcoming me home from a visit to the hospital (I’m OK…I was visiting a relative of one of our church members. Like it or not, visiting hospitals definitely come with the territory. I guess you could say it was business, not pleasure?). I also (finally) picked up a copy of Me, Myself, and Bob. And I haven’t been able to put that book down.

I probably should put it down because it’s pretty late.  But it’s an easy read and it’s such an interesting story.  Vischer shared some of the dreams that I had as a teenager/college student.  It’s funny how those dreams have been fleshed out in different ways.

I’ve already written down several quotes from the book.  I’m sure I’ll share them on here later.

And then once that’s done, I get to read two more new books and listen to an audio book.  Can life really get any better?
