Disney’s Animal Kingdom (part 4)

Continuing from Part 3.

So, I’m figuring I need to speed up my posting of these pictures. Because at this rate, I won’t be done publishing before we return to Disney – which will be a long, long time from now. We gotta go to Ethiopia first! 🙂

So, I’m gonna cut down on the narrative and just share the pictures. That is, after all, what you came here for – right?

But first, a small complaint. Aside from Animal Kingdom’s early closing time, the only negative experience we really had was a result of this souvenir cup. When we bought lunch – Sweet n Sour Chicken in the Asian area – we were told that we could refill the souvenir cup anywhere in Walt Disney World for only a buck. That is an awesome deal.

We got our money’s worth at Animal Kingdom that day, so it wasn’t a huge deal. But when we went to Magic Kingdom two days later, the guy at the concession stand told me said souvenir cup could only be refilled at Animal Kingdom. That was a little frustrating.

OK. It was very frustrating. But it didn’t ruin our visit. It would take a lot more than that to taint our experience of the magic of Disney. But I did need to share this one negative part of our experience.

Now, back to the pictures…

We got to watch the vets examine one of the birds. Pretty cool.

I asked Aly to smile in this picture. She refused. Because thats what people look like when theyre exploring.

Everyone touched the snake. Well...ALMOST everyone. Youre lucky I was standing as close as I was.

Aiden had a whole realm of animals to stand by for this picture. And he choosed a SNAKE. Yeah - we see the kind of influence I have.
