Tax evasion? Really?
It doesn’t look good for you, Helio. Unfortunately, since you’re one of the faces of Indy Car, this doesn’t look good for the series, either.
There’s all kinds of things I could say about Congress and bailouts. But it’s all too easy at this point. It does, however, make me think of a quote I heard recently from Indiana Congressman Pete Visclosky (D): “We are now in the golden age of thieves. And where I come from we put thieves in jail, we don’t bail them out.”
Since there might not be any more Helio, I guess we’ll have to get ready for more of the NASCAR-esque drama that people somehow think has a positive impact on the sport. Can you say Danica vs. Milka round 2?
