Concert in the City

You know, if I could be certain that I’d get there in time and that we wouldn’t get home at some ungodly hour, I’d be taking the kids down to Monument Circle right now. I’m not a big Faith Hill or Kelly Clarkson fan, but hey – you can’t beat a free concert! On top of that, Aiden would think it’s pretty cool to be that close to a Colts (yes – the Super Bowl Champion Colts) game, celebrating the NFL Kickoff. But, It would take over an hour to get there and I’m sure parking would be a nightmare.

Instead, we’ll put on our Colts gear (did I mention they’re the Super Bowl Champs?) and watch coverage of the event on TV. Aiden’s excited to watch the game. Too bad kickoff isn’t until after his bed time. We might have to fudge just a little. No way he’s watching the whole game, though! Too bad. It should be a good one.
