Repeat Offender
All of these high-profile child abductions appear to have been committed by repeat sex offenders.
I don’t believe it to be cruel and unusual punishment to keep this kind of scum off the street. We need to clamp down on this type of evil. Predators like this should never be allowed to see the light of day again. That is the only way to keep these offenders from repeating again.
Why aren’t we protecting our children?

My dear, I hate to add to the ickiness of the situation, but I imagine that these folks are released because our jails are overcrowded. I once heard that it costs 40 grand a year to house and inmate. There simply isn’t the funding to keep everyone locked up who should be locked up as long as they ought to be locked up.
There is, however, funding to house state employees in hotels to the tune of $60+tax each night. At that rate, every state employee staying in a hotel longterm costs the taxpayers over $2000 per month. You would think they would lease some apartments, wouldn’t you?
Scissors cost…what, $7?
Maybe we should just cut off some parts. After all, if you can’t control yourself with a child, we don’t need you having kids anyway.
That wouldn’t hurt the budget too much.
