Yard sale in Mooresville, Indiana!

Part of our calling as parents is to change the world by raising world-changers. Part of that responsibility means to get them outside of their comfort zones and take them to cultures that are far different from ours. So we’ve decided that Christy is going to take Aiden on a short-term mission trip in 2014. While the destination isn’t set in stone, I think we’re leaning towards working with a group that’s going to Guatemala where they’ll have a chance to care for orphans while shining the light of God’s love.

As I’m sure you know, international travel can be expensive. So we’re already starting to raise funds for this trip. Fundraising effort #1….a yard sale with stuff from several different families!

If you live anywhere near Mooresville, Indiana, we’d love to have your support. Come buy our stuff tomorrow morning (Saturday, July 27). “Doors” open at 8 9 (thanks a lot, rain delay)!
