Casualties of Icepocalypse 2011
Christy: Did you move the patio furniture today?
Me: No. Why?
Christy: The table’s gone.
We did manage to find it a few minutes later; on the other side of the house with one of the chairs. The table is completely flattened.
Not sure how the table wound up like that. It’s almost as if the wind picked it up and then threw it straight down.
Add this to the branches scattered all over our lawn, and it’s safe to say our yard looks like a war zone. But I’d rather have the branches scattered all over the place than the other option…

Hopefully, this will be the end of the casualties resulting from this ‘potentially catastrophic’ winter storm. I’d especially like for the power to remain on. Here’s hoping…
