Sorry, Sasha
I know Sasha Cohen is a girl. I mean, she skates in women’s figure skating, after all.
Unfortunately, every time I hear her name, I automatically think of Sascha Hupmann, the ginormous, seven-foot, German-born center who played for the Aces in the early ’90s. In my mind, Sas(c)ha is a guys’ name.
I think it would be a funny picture to have Sascha and Sasha standing next to each other. She’s so tiny and he’s so huge.
