Tea Party
On this day in 1773, Samuel Adams led a group of rebels in the now-famous ‘Boston Tea Party.’
I know Ron Paul supporters are using this day as an attempt to set some kind of milestone. Do with that what you will. If you’re not into politics or don’t support the Libertarian-in-Republican-clothing, might I suggest drinking some Samuel Adams instead?
Me?
I’m enjoying a nice glass of iced tea in commemoration of the event. Of course, it’s not Pal’s iced tea, but it’s definitely sweet!
Cheers, Mr. Adams. Your bold actions helped spark a revolution (literally!). I wonder how many of us would have such intestinal fortitude.
