Straw Man
Has E.R. ever shown Christians in a positive light?
Didn’t think so.
They use people of faith as a straw man so they can knock them down…along with their beliefs.
Unfortunately, this is the way most people handle people of faith. Although I didn’t learn what a participle is in high school (that’s sure helping me in Greek, let me tell ya), I did learn that setting up straw men like this is a common falacy of thinking. Unfortunatley, it encourages stereotypes we have to endure and battle through living out our faith in a genuine manner. That’s how lives will change. That’s how we will be salt.
