Central Indiana author Claire MacKenzie published ‘High Stick‘ in late 2025 and is about to publish a follow-up novel, ‘Interference’ (releasing August 21, 2026)! When I heard about her passion for hockey and her love of writing, I knew I needed to have her on THE MattDanToddcast Podcast. On the latest episode, we discuss the challenges of being a self-published author, and how she’s helping other independent authors in the area share their work.
