Monster Jam is coming to Indianapolis next week. If you have a child that has any interest in trucks at all, this is the event for them. It’s also worth spending the extra cash to attend the Pit Party. This post shows you why…

NASCAR could learn a little bit from Monster Jam. When I lived in Tennessee, I heard people talk about the old days in the sport, when NASCAR drivers were accessible to the fans. As its popularity has grown, the drivers have become more distant from the fans. One thing I learned from attending the pit party is that access to the drivers is a very important thing – especially to the younger fans.

This post about Monster Jam Pit Party has been the most popular post on my blog for the last four years. I think part of the reason is because people want to know if it’s worth the extra time and effort. I’m pretty sure the post shows what I think.

Another reason has to be the pictures. I never knew the Backdraft Monster Truck had such a following!
