Cookies for Santa
The kids have left out their milk & cookies. An added bonus this year is a homemade marshmallow (yum!). They’ve also tossed out some carrots for the reindeer.
They actually raced to the bathroom to brush their teeth tonight. That’s usually a battle. Guess not when Santa’s coming to town!
I hear he’s not too far away…

We have that same plate for Santa. It has a matching mug as well. Santa was very nice to the kids this year… they got SOOO much stuff. Have you guys ever done the tracking Santa on-line? You can look and see what area of the world he is flying over and how close he is to your house. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday and the kids are enjoying the day! Merry Christmas and Warmest Wishes for 2009!
Every year, Santa seems to give the kids more than he originally to give them. Funny how that happens, isn’t it? 🙂
We didn’t know about the mug. We’ll have to look for that. It sounds cool.
I remember hearing the Santa updates on the radio growing up. I was glad when I discovered the online version a few years ago. It’s pretty amazing how the kids’ mannerisms change as soon as they realize he’s in North America! 🙂
It was also pretty cool because the site recorded when Santa visited Ethiopia. Since that country has managed to grab hold of our hearts, it gave us another reason to look at some pictures from the region!
I hope you had a good Christmas too, Sarah! I’m sure there were parts of it that were tough…even unbearable.
Praying that 2009 will be an amazing year full of healing, comfort, grace, and love for you and your family!
