Spending the day ‘in the city’
We’re off to Indy for the afternoon/evening. Christy’s sister is on bed rest in the hospital until she has her baby sometime next week (more info here). Then we’re off to the Hoosier Dome (it will always be the Hoosier Dome to me!) for the last time. Through Aiden’s Cub Scout Pack, we get free tickets and pit passes to tonight’s Monster Jam. Hey – you can’t pass up free, can you?
Although this is the last time we’ll be in the Dome (most likely…since it’s scheduled for demolition soon), it’s the kids’ first time in the arena. I think Aiden’s just as excited about going into where the Colts play as anything else.
