Summer Movies
The only movie I was looking forward to seeing this Summer was The Dark Knight. From what I’d seen and read, Heath Ledger’s portrayal of Joker is a sight to behold. He apparently puts Jack Nicholson to shame; which is a pretty amazing accomplishment, since Nicholson did such a good job as the Joker nearly 20 years ago. This report from a guy who saw some preview footage (sorry about the language) pretty much sealed the deal for me. Joker just sounds so…haunting.
So now that Heath Ledger is dead, will that make his performance even more terrifying and haunting? Just curious.
