Shooting yourself in the foot
If you want to defend the right to file frivolous lawsuits, does it really make sense to file a frivolous lawsuit yourself? Seems to me that Senator Chambers is making a case for his opponents. But then again, what do I know? Maybe they do things differently in Nebraska.
