Backwards Day
Yesterday was ‘Backwards Day’ at the kids’ school. If they gave $.50 to the United Way, they got to wear their clothes backwards the rest of the day. They have different events the rest of the week to encourage kids to continue to contribute the rest of the week. It’s almost like Spirit Week before Homecoming. Instead of just showing school ‘spirit,’ they’re contributing to a greater cause. I think that’s pretty cool.
