Road Trip
After yesterday’s service, we took a little road trip to Marion. Came home with a second car. It just followed us home like it was a stray or something so we decided to keep it.
Some friends in Tennessee said they want to give us their van, but it won’t be able to happen until October. Until then, this car will serve its purpose in getting me from point A to point B without wearing out my shoes just fine. It looks a lot like the first cars my friends and I drove – late 80’s Plymouth, grey/silver. I’m having weird flashbacks when I look out the window. It’s like I’m supposed to be getting ready to go to band camp or something.
The car needs a name. I had thought about naming it after the silverish Transformer that converts into a police car, but Prowl just isn’t that exciting of a name. The previous owner called it the Silver Bullet and the Grey Bomber. Not exactly the most original of names. What about Silverstreak?
