summer reading
First, Break All the Rules: What the World’s Greatest Managers Do Differently, Marcus Buckingham & Curt Coffman, 242 pages plus appendices…. Almost finished with this one.
The Road to Disunion: Secessionists Triumphant (1854 – 1861), William W. Freehling, 534 pages plus 52 (yes, 52!) pages of small print footnotes… this is quite scholarly; it is a slow read for me.
Presidential Courage: Brave Leaders and How They Changed America 1789 – 1989, Michael Beschloss, 329 pages plus 55 pages of normal print notes.
(sorry, cannot italicize or underline – i tried)…. 🙂
Re: summer reading
