UCLA over Ohio State.

Yes, I’m sticking with my pick from last year. We’ll see if they can help me out. If Indiana shows up like they did against Wisconsin, UCLA won’t make it out of the 2nd round. If IU doesn’t show up, the Hoosiers won’t even beat the Zags.

Here are some of my upsets from this year. The string of huge upsets happens in cycles. I’m not sure how many lower-seeded teams are actually going to make the Sweet Sixteen. But here are some of my upsets – as much as some of them pain me to pick…

Virginia Commonwealth over Duke
Wintrhop over Notre Dame
Old Dominion over Butler (ouch!)
Oral Roberts over Washington State (ORU’s good…they beat KU earlier in the season)
I think Long Beach State could easily beat Tennessee, depending on which Vols team shows up. I stuck with the Volunteers, though.

I’m going to go hang my stockings for the most wonderful time of the year now! Or something like that…
