An Open Letter

Dear Jack Bauer,

Curse you for sucking me back into the 24 vortex! It’s a good thing I don’t have any early classes on Tuesday morning. That would definitely hurt my GPA and force me to drop out of school, returning to the candy warehouse and continue my search for the Ark of the Covenant.

But I have to tell you something. There’s a fine line between intense drama and soap opera. Finding out that your brother was behind all of the terrorist attacks really blurs that line. You seem to have jumped over that line with both feet when your brother then betrayed your dad too. I certainly hope you find that fine line and get your show back over to the intense drama side. I’m already wasting an hour getting caught up in your experience. I certainly hope it’s not all for some souped-up meolodrama.

Of course, the previews for next week give me hope that you’re getting back on track.

I hope so. I really hope so.
