My Hero
Although the Hoosiers didn’t win, the game last night reinforced the fact that Errek Suhr is my hero. After a lackluster Hoosier performance in the first half, Suhr started the second half and gave the effort expected of Senior ball players. He was definitely the sparkplug. I just wish his last shot would have gone in.
The most lasting image of the night was when Coach K went over to an obviously dejected Suhr, lifted his head up, and encouraged him. That was pretty classy of Coach. And you could definitely see the passion in Suhr’s face and body language. If I can find a picture, I’ll post it – it’s too good to pass up.
