My Aunt is a clown.

I know, we’ve said this for years, but she’s really a legitimate clown. She went to clown school and everything!

While we were at the Fall Festival last night, she took Alyson to the face painting booth. It’s run by Shrine Circus clowns (or something like that). Alyson asked to have a butterfly painted on her face. I think she was thinking of one of those little butterflies they put on your cheek.

Obviously, the clown had bigger things in mind. Keep in mind that this guy was the “head clown” of the Hadi Shrine Temple. He painted this elaborate butterfly on Aly’s face. For only $5, she got her face painted and had a souvenir photo button made. Not too shabby.

Gotta love the Fall Festival!
