Chapel and Tattoos
In honor of today’s Chapel message, in which the only thing I will probably remember is a man being embarrassed that he did not remember the correct Hebrew rendering of “Courage” for his daughter who wanted said Hebrew word tattooed on her back (why did she want “Courage”? Maybe she wanted to be like Dan Rather…?), I give you this link:
More Hebrew Tattoos You Don’t Want
Oh the seminary humor is like a freight train that keeps going and going…

The irony of yesterday’s chapel was that Heather was holding forth outside the door about people who skip chapel as soon as they find out that we have a guest speaker. I said “Well, I am going to chapel!” and heather promised me a star in my crown. I thought “How rude, to skip. Why would someone do that?” I guess I have my answer.
So, this little link is the pinnacle of NERD humor. Really. It’s not even funny…. someone commented on how she liked the “red letters that say ‘Wrong'”
It makes a sad feeling in my tummy.
Wrong Link
OK – I realized that I linked to the wrong post. The one I really meant to link to is the one where David Beckham’s tattoo says he’s in love with a man (I’m sure Posh Spice is really happy about it). Again, I’ll admit that it’s seminary humor. Hey – I’ve gotta do something to get myself through Hebrew!
Here’s the link. Yes, there’s a bunch of technical stuff, but not as much as the previous link.
Maybe the feeling won’t be as sad in your tummy. I’m sure it will still be sad, but just not as much.
