Aiden & Aly’s school has an assembly every Friday at the beginning of the day. Christy and I attended today’s assembly because Aiden told us his class was going to sing a song to the whole school. He thought that was cool, so we went to see his class sing.
Then they had the Pledge of Allegiance.
Led by Aiden and a girl in his class.
Didn’t know that was coming. We were surprised. And just a little proud.

I know so well that feeling of pride in my children.
