A Shocking Experience
You know how growing up they tell you not to stick your finger in a light socket because it will hurt.
They were right.
Well – mostly. I was changing a light on a chandelier today and my finger slipped a little and went down into the socket. It didn’t hurt as much as touching an electric fence did, but it still made me jump. I even heard the lights go “bzzzzzzzzzz,” which was kinda cool. It was like I was in a cartoon or something.
Except smoke didn’t start coming out of my ears.
