Praying…
I found out today that an old friend from high school is in a hospital in Ft. Wayne. I hope she doesn’t mind me posting this – but I was asked to share…Sarah has some type of tumor in her brain. I don’t know much else, except she’s undergoing surgery Friday morning.
Sarah would always come over after our Scout meetings on Tuesday night. She’d play basketball with us long into the night. She was also the only other Freshman who went with our youth group to Summer in the Son my Freshman year.
I already knew about it when Kevin called me tonight. He was a good friend of mine in high school. He also knew Sarah pretty well – probably better than I did. I hadn’t talked to Kevin in 10+ years – it was great to hear his voice. I just wish it was under better circumstances.
Praying like crazy for Sarah and her family.
God is much bigger than this…

I must be going senile. I’m not sure who you are talking about. I hope everything eworks out ok though.

I just saw the link by her name. That is awful! I hope she’s going to be ok.
Re: ohhhhhhhhh
I’ll post something as soon as I hear anything. Haven’t heard anything yet. Don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing.
Re: ohhhhhhhhh
From what I’ve heard, she’s back in Evansville now. They don’t think the tumor was malignant, which is great news. No idea how long she’ll be in Evansville, but I’d suspect it would take a while to recover from a procedure like that.
