Reception
Our church’s reception was tonight. Christy and I were down in the children’s wing most of the evening, but I’ve heard that it went really, really well!
Our original goal was to have 200 people in attendance. Then, a few weeks ago, we realized that this was too easy of a goal, so it was bumped up to 300 people. Remember – we have a core group of about 50 people or so.
Including kids, we had approximately 315 people!
I’m so exhausted right now, so I’m going to bed. If I weren’t so tired, I know I’d have trouble sleeping tonight. It’s just too exciting to think about. We’re really throwing a boulder into this community “pond” – not just little pebbles.
