Oh yeah…
I forgot to mention that Christy and I went to see The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe a few weeks ago. It was pretty good. There were times they could have followed the example of the Lord of the Rings trilogy and gotten really dark and gory. Fortunately, they didn’t do that. It had a storybook feel – which is a good thing, considering it is a children’s story after all.
Aiden wants to read Narnia now. I tried reading it to him before Christmas. He wasn’t that interested. Now he says he wants to know the story. We’ll try again.
A few weeks ago, there was a video on SNL that had to do with Narnia. I thought it was pretty funny, but I had forgotten about it. I stumbled on it yesterday. It’s worth watching. Remember how I said SNL wasn’t funny anymore? It still isn’t. There are glimmers of hope every once in a while, though.

I’m probably the only one who thought the Aaron Burr line was funny. It’s towards the end of the video.
