Tasty treats
We had the usual delicacies last night at the Festival: sausage burgers, pronto pups, etc. I tried the fried cookie dough. It wasn’t bad, but it’s not necessarily something I’ll get again.
Aiden and Alyson shared a chocolate covered cricket. Christy almost threw up when they did. I think it was more memorable watching her reaction than their actual consumption of the bug. Here’s the bad news: no one had a camera!
We’re heading to the pet parade this morning, then we’re off to the Castle Invitational.
Some day, I’ll get some sleep. Not today, though. I can’t really complain.

I know what you mean: the camera is never there whenever you need it, but we have to look on the positive side if we had the camera the moment would not have happened and just the thought of Christy watching those two eat a bug leaves a better picture in my mind than if you had taken one. To think Aiden won’t eat anything hardly except for Hot Dogs, Chicken Nuggets and other processed foods, not even SHRIMP but he will eat a Cricket!! and Alyson would most likely eat it without the Chocolate.
