ignorance
To say that you don’t like George Bush simply because he beat “your guy” is one thing. To say that he’s a Nazi just shows your ignorance.
I’m all for freedom of speech and the right to voice your opinion, no matter how extreme it may be, but come on! To brand Republicans, and George Bush in particular as something similar to the Nazi party in Germany really shows a lack of understanding about history. If Bush really were the next Adolf Hitler and the Republican Party really were a retooling of Nazi thinking, do you think you would actually have the freedom to express such an opinion? No! Such people, including those on that billboard, would be silenced…permanently, if you know what I mean.
Although Michael Moore has not been nearly as vocal since the Iraqi elections, I highly doubt it is because the so-called Nazi regime “took care of him.” Call the President a war-monger or greedy or a liar if you’d like. Just don’t display your ignorance by calling him a Nazi, cause it just ain’t so.
The Nazis murdered their own people on a grand scale in cold blood. Think about those innocent lives before you are so cavalier with your words. Let’s not water down the definition of a true Nazi – even if you disagree with the guy.
