My wife – the master chef
Tonight was the annual chili cookoff at Emmanuel. Christy entered her white chicken chili, and it rocked! She won first prize – a gift certificate for Chili’s restaurant!
I personally thought her’s was the best, but I’m biased. Fortunately, others agreed with me. I have never seen such a diverse collection of chili! Only one looked like what people normally would call chili – red beans, ground beef, chili powder, onions, etc. It was quite a meal!
