Sunday morning
Christy overheard the kids as they were getting their coats on, getting ready to go to church:
Aiden – “Sissy, I have to tell you something. Uncle Kevin and Aunt Liz are going to have a baby. But the baby’s sick. We need to pray for the baby, Sissy. Will you pray with me?”
Talk about faith like a child! We haven’t told him much about what’s going on, but he had the faith enough to not only pray for this baby, but to ask his sister to do so as well!
My heart aches for my brother, my sister-in-law, and their unborn child. Got to keep praying.
Sometimes I wish God made more sense.
