Tuesday – Off life support
My father-in-law was taken off the respirator today – which is a good thing! He’s sitting up, breathing on his own. He has come down with a hint of pneumonia, so they might hold off putting the pacemaker in until tomorrow.
Still praying. He’s not out of the woods yet, with at least two procedures coming in the near future (pacemaker and hip), and who knows what else may happen!
I’m going up there later this afternoon with the kids, as long as he’s still up to it.
