My Ultimate Christmas Playlist: Little Drummer Boy
This isn’t your momma’s Little Drummer Boy. But it’s probably my favorite rendition.
I remember singing this in a children’s choir. I couldn’t have been older than five or six. I had finger cymbals. They were awesome.
I think this was also the church Christmas concert where I continued to stand up on stage when our director had already signaled for everyone to sit down. I guess I thought that whole “Keep your eyes on me” thing that the director kept telling us during rehearsals was merely a suggestion.
