Celebrating the GRAMMYS on Flashback Friday
The Grammys are here! The Grammys are here!
Well…they aren’t here yet. But they will be. Sunday night. This is a big deal, people. Celebrities will do their celebrity thing. Artists will do their artistry thing. People will pull muscles potentially causing long-term physical damage by straining to pat themselves on the back.
This is real life, people!
We cannot talk about this year’s star-studded event without highlighting Mihret’s favorite song from 2012. Enjoy. Oh, and pay no attention to the dog in the background:

Well…
it’s fun the first 523 times you hear it.
But that’s not the point. It’s also not the point that this song is an earworm and if you hear it once, it’ll be stuck in your head the rest of the day.
The point is that my two girls love this song. They sing it at the top of their lungs every chance they get. One daughter, however, has come up with her own set of lyrics.
The song’s going to be stuck in your head the rest of the day.
