Virginia is for Lovers

Hiking Trails of Bluegreen Shenandoah CrossingThanks to the generosity of some family members, we’re going to be taking an unexpected family trip to Gordonsville, Virginia, in the near future. In addition to visiting the horses that promise to be at the resort, we’re also planning on taking in some history while we’re there. I’m all about doing whatever you can to experience history, and it sounds like this is a great area to do just that!

We need your help, though! Have any of you been to this area of Virginia? What do we need to make sure to do while we’re there? Did I mention it has to be cheap? That means no touring Monticello for us this time (unfortunately). It’s a bit out of our price range.

If you have somehow managed to find your way to this site and you’re a merchant in the Gordonsville area, please get in touch with me very soon. I have a proposal or two for you. I’d love to partner with you on our journey!
