Leavin’ on a Jet Plane

Well, not really “leavin'” on a jet plane. More like already left. And came back. Two weeks ago today, we were in the air with Ethiopia as our ultimate destination. It was a long flight – something like 20 hours in a plane. By the time we reached Sudan, I guess you could see the exhaustion on my face.

But before that video, I promise I was more excited, even though I wasn’t exactly thrilled about the idea of flying over the ocean. Or into Sudan, for that matter.

While this isnt exactly a towering skyline, does this look like dust as far as you can see to you? At least they were right saying Sudan was a piece of cake.
