See? The General IS human, after all!
Say what you want about Bobby Knight (and believe me, I have), but underneath that tough exterior (perhaps way underneath) is a man who actually cares. I’ve heard countless examples of how the man would bend over backwards to help out a former player. The reason? He cares about his players. As Coach Knight shares his thoughts about the passing of a dear friend of his, you can actually see a little bit of the man without his rough exterior.
