Born on a Mountaintop in Tennessee…

Killt him a b’ar when he was only….five?

I guess Crockett is still ‘King of the Wild Frontier.’

The Ballad of Davy Crockett is one of the first songs I remember singing. I remember singing it in a car once – maybe we were in Tennessee at the time. I probably thought it was cool because I was once on a mountaintop in Tennessee when I was only three. Never killt me a b’ar, though.

This kid’s Aly’s age. Anyone imagine giving her a rifle?
