Indians Game Pictures – FINALLY!

As promised several weeks ago, here are more pictures from the Indians game earlier this month. It only took me 30 seconds to upload all of them, compared with the 15 minutes it used to take to upload each picture. What does that mean? That’s right – dialup is no more. We’ve finally caught up with the 21st century. This also means we have a new phone number. If you don’t have it and want it, shoot me an email.

Now, without further delay – I present…pictures!!

After the game, they allowed fans on the field to watch the fireworks. Unfortunately, they shot them from a different location this time and most people couldn’t see the fireworks from the field. We eventually found a spot that was only semi-obstructed. In spite of our limited view, the show was impressive. I especially liked the Colts tribute section where they shot off blue and white fireworks. I think they even created a horseshoe. And they played all the songs they could think of that had the word ‘blue’ in it (i.e. Blue Suede Shoes, Blue, and the other Blue, etc.).  Since it was an anniversary of the Sky Concert (25th?), they presented it as a ‘retrospective.’  That means they also honored the Hoosiers basketball national championship teams and shot off red and white fireworks.  No such honor for Purdue though.  Wonder why.  Oh – that’s right.  No men’s national championship banners to block your view at Mackey Arena.

But I digress.
