My Prediction
I wanted to post this earlier, but I didn’t. Although Game 1 has already started, I’m still going to post my prediction…
I like Jim Leyland. A lot. I’ve liked him since I saw his Pirates at Three Rivers Stadium 15 years ago. I’d really like to see him win another World Series.
My prediction, however, is that the Cardinals will win in 6.
I know – I’m biased. I’m also one of the only people outside of Missouri who thinks the Cards will win. I’ll explain more some other time about why I think they’ll pull it off.

Hey, I’m in Kentucky and fully expecting the Cards to win. Kenny Rogers and his cheating butt were just a mild setback last night.
After watching La Russa do absolutely nothing about Rogers and his blatant rule-breaking, I might have to change my prediction. Does La Russa really have the drive to win the Series? He should have gone out there and made a big ol’ stink about it. Then gone out several more times the rest of the game and ask to check his hands.
It’s obvious that Rogers can get rattled. Looks like a missed opportunity to shake him up – especially since he was CHEATING!!!
