Aiden has been begging to go to a football game for the last year and a half. So – I promised him we’d go to a high school game while we still lived in Tennessee. There aren’t any major college programs closer than UT in Knoxville, so most of the football fan energy is pumped into the high school teams. I want Aiden’s first game to be full of energy and excitement – just like a football atmosphere should be.

Up until this past May, we had Community Group on Friday nights, so going to a high school game was next to impossible. Now that we’re meeting on Wednesday nights, our Fridays are free.

It’s Science Hill’s homecoming. Should have the excitement I’ve been hoping for Aiden to experience. We’ll see…
