This show’s nuts!
While I still think Good Eats is the best show on Food Network, Ham on the Street is giving Alton a run for his money! I’m watching the premier episode right now and let me just say that this show is absolutely insane! They’re trying to figure out how they can crack an ostrich egg (the shells are really thick) so he can have it sunny side up.
Imagine Dave Letterman as a chef.

I saw the same show. the funny thing to me was that they were surprised that they couldn’t get the yolk out whole by blowing it out a teeny tiny hole. I mean, what do you expect when you try to squeeze a breakable object the size of your fist out of a hole the size of a pencil lead?
